Dynacom Technologies

Hi,

I am not happy with what has been going on lately.  2 weeks ago I upgraded to Dynacom 11 and I have had nothing but problems since.   My immediate problem is that after beginning a download of a free add-on, Dynacom froze and is now denying access to all users of the program because  'maintenance' !  

How do I fix that?

first of all, you probably crashed dynacom process? It's why now you get a message that the company is blocked for maintenance. What you need to do is rebuilding the company (Menu File / Rebuild company / than choose your company database).

You wrote that dynacom freeze when you try to install an add-on, can you give me exactly the steps that you do?

Thanks for getting back to me.  You were right - I had to rebuild the database.

I have another question.  The basic reports included in Dynacom Deluxe do not serve me as they are.  One of the silliest problems, but very irritating, is that when I export a report to Excel, the columns created with the Dynacom report are too narrow for some of my fields, so in Excel they get moved down to another cell.  Is there any way of adjusting that so that, for example, the column with my client code or name will stay the same width as the data?

Can I modify an existing report to improve it for my business?  That is why I wanted Synergy, but nothing that I have tried has worked so far.

            sorry for the answer delay.

First, you can't modify an existing report, but you have to create a new report and show the information you want for your needs with Synergy.

 For the exported report in Excel, we don't have the control on the report and  we don't have a way to adjusting automaticly the column's size with the data.
