hello,

i use basic version outside canada and do not have to pay taxes and deductions on payroll payment. However, payroll module ask for update which I do not require to pay my employees.

Is there any way to use payroll module in this situation ? Please advise.

     no, there is no way to use the payroll module. You have to update your Dynacom Version with the last released version. You can get this version in your member section of our web site.

 But I keep your situation to open a suggestion to our development department about the payroll module and the outside canada company,

I just purchased the program 2 days ago, and I bought Dynacom Accounting Basic 11, installed the latest version (Build 232), and I already have the same issue.  If I can not use the payroll module without an update, how can I update my software?

I've tried getting "dynacom_setup11.0.232.328.exe" again from the members section, but it's the same as what I downloaded the first time.

    for this situation, I recommend you to call your sales representative because it's probably a problem with your payroll feature on your licence.
