I just loaded all the latest updates and I am now unable to use the "free" addons I downloaded several months ago.  Says my license expired?  Didn't know I had to pay for free stuff.  How do I remove the extras?  I tried uninstalling the program and reinstalling & it didn't work.  I also get an error that has 439 in it at startup... I have to finangle the software to get past the error messages.  The program (home/free version) works ok on my laptop..don't think it's been updated though.

 I mostly just play with the software, but I do reccomend it to other Longarm Quilter's...so need to know how to fix the above.

Hi,

please go in menu Configuration / Modules licensing and press Refresh button in the right corner of screen. After you did that, please give me the list of all features that have an icon in the first column and give me too the value in status column (if there is something).

I upgraded to the Basic edition, but I didn't install it yet (have not heard from dynacom that it has payment from paypal).

 I did the refresh & it has no change.

Modules that have an X in the first column (all show license expired).

In all the add-ons you have, only one is free and should'nt be unlicensed.

You didn't give me all informations needed. There is 2 sections in Modules licensing screen and you give me only the information in Synergy Add-ons section.

I need to know what you have in Modules section (the first one).
 

The synergy add on is all I see.  There is no other listed. 

When in Operations manager...there is these on the left:

Bank
G/L (General Ledger)
Inventory
Payroll
Sales
Tools

There is nothing in the lower right for addons

When in bank - to the right is

Cash sales, write checks, deposits.

G/L
GJ, Tax payments, Tax refunds

Inventory is blank to the right (I have also not added any... I am a service).

Last... How do I remove the addons?  Do I uninstall the program and reinstall?

You are using an old build of version 11 (11.0.181). You should go to our website and download the latest version available. You should fix your error at startup by installing the latest version.

Add-ons are installed in database, so reinstalling application will not remove add-ons. You need to go in menu Customization / Add-ons manager, then choose witch add-ons you want to uninstall.
