Hi

Using Startup V11 on Vista Home. I registered the software and a free gift of Business Forms Template was offered which i download as a file "Business_Form_Templates.pkg". I then went to the Add-In Manager to add the addin but in the file type there is no option for the filetype pkg.

Whats up? or what do i need to do?

Hi,

    you can install your package with the package wizard. This wizard is available in the menu "Customization\Advanced Customizations". In the wizard, you have to choose the option "Install a package".

Okay did what u said. I get a window which says " You do not have the appropriate licence to use this add-on." Then i get another window titled Package Installation under which the progress addin indicates Failed to install addin"

What next?

Hi,

     we have resolved your problem with your key. You have to refresh your licenses in the menu "Configuration\Modules Licensing" and click on Refresh button. After the refresh, you can install your package and the plug-in will be install correctly.
